Directions of use:

• Shampoo - apply to wet hair and scalp working through from root to tip and massage into a rich lather for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. For best results, use together with Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Conditioner and Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Protein-Pack.
• Conditioner - after shampooing with Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Shampoo, while hair is still wet, apply generously and work through hair from root to tip and allow to penetrate for 2 to 3 minutes.
